Dear Marcia:
Thank you for your letter of December 16, 1994 regarding the
captioned project.
I believe you neglected to mention that the pole will also have a
grid type dish antenna as illustrated on the submittal.
Once the trees to be removed are identified, someone from Sprint
will notify you.
Depending on their proximity, other trees which will not be
removed will be protected appropriately. You may attach this letter to
the erosion control plan as evidence of this commitment on behalf of
Sprint. I am sending a copy of this letter and your letter to Sprint
to advise of the conditions and of the fact that Sprint may now proceed
with obtaining the building permit.

Dear Mr. Gibson:
The submittal illustrating a 150' monopole is acceptable. The monopole will be painted Slate
Gray, with 2 whips and 6 panels on the top of the pole as illustrated in the submittal. The
content of your letter states that only 2 trees will be removed as a result of the grading
proposed. Please indicate on the erosion and sediment control plan that tree protection
will be placed around the existing trees that will not be removed as a result of the
proposed improvements. This should be done by placing orange fencing around the trees
proposed for protection. Please identify the trees slated for removal in the field, once the
trees have been identified please contact me for an inspection.
