Re: SDP-2022-00004- R2-Southern Albemarle Convenience Center— Initial Site Plan
Dear Mr. Fritz:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Draper Aden Associates, dated
June 10, 2021, revised January 14, 2022, and offer the following comment.
1. Please dedicate 15'ft., prescriptive easement along Esmont Road, State Route 715, for
public use, to Albemarle County.
If further information is desired, please contact Willis C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process.
