Please dedicate 15'ft., prescriptive easement along Esmont Road, State Route 715, for public use, to Albemarle County. If further information is desired, please contact Willis C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way.
