Below are responses to VDOT comments in letter dated December 27, 2019
1 Please evaluate if the wall ma.. be eliminated from the right of was VDOT will only approve walls
inside the right of way if the Counts is willing to put it under permit for maintenance
✓ C-302: The proposed wall has been removed from the plans. Detail 8 shows the proposed
improvements along the headwall for Moore's Creek.
