Remarks: This is a minor site plan amendment to revise the approved fmal site plan, SDP201700012,
for the 5th Street Commercial Development.
This minor amendment%is revising the front portion of the project immediately adjacent to 5th Street.
According to the cover sheet,the amendment is changing the layout of the parking lot, alterations to
the access driveway and entrance design, storm utilities, and water/sewer.
The project is adding a second lane to the proposed drive-thru lane behind the building within "Phase
1." Be aware that the building in Phase 1 is intended to have multiple tenants,including a restaurant
with a drive-thru lane.
Project is subject to the conditions of an approved zoning map amendment ZMA2012-07, and the
conditions of two approved special use permits SP1999-59 and SP2007-63.
