Need note that properties are not located within Ag/Forest district. See 14-302.8.7 2. Need note about watershed — can either state that the properties are within Upper Rivanna Watershed or that property is not within a City of Charlottesville water supply watershed. 14- 302.8.7 3. 14-303.A— Need the statement about the platting or dedication repeated above each of the signature areas. The statement needs to refer specifically to the TMP of each of the adjusted parcels. One statement for 62-54B and one for 62-54131 with owner signature below. The platting or dedication of the following described land, parcel 62-5481, is with the free consent... 4. Edited note about development rights, 14-302.A.2 —TMP 62-5481 contains 1 development right and may not be further divided. TMP 62-54B contains 4 development rights and may be further divided.
