Good morning Kevin,
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised Subdivision Plat of Lots 3A & 36 for Collins Engineering.
The Plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated November 1, 2021 as follows:
1. Ok.
2. The Boundary Line Adjustment Plat (SUB202100176) has been approved and recorded. This plat has been
revised to reflect the recordation of the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat.
3. Please let us know if you have received VDH approval.
4. The Private Street Maintenance Agreement is no longer required.
5. Please let us know if you have received VDOT approval.
6. A revised date of February 17, 2022 has been added to the plat.
The Plat has also been revised to update the current ownership and to reflect the ordinance change pertaining
to the private street note (Note I under land use).
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for signatures.

Cameron and I have finished our reviews of applications SUB202100171 through SUB202100175. Attached are the
applicable review comments. As it states in our letters, these Plats are pending the approval and recordation of
application SUB202100176 BLA and approvals from VDOT and VDH. Please make the applicable revisions and resubmit
