CV comments /requested changes: 1. `Please assign WPO202200003 to SWPPP title page, and VSMP/WPO plan title (please include in title). 2. SWPPP: a. Registration Statement: check New Permit issuance. A new VAR10 will be issued by DEQ. b. Complete all sections of SWPPP Registration Statement. All sections of RS are blank. Additional comments possible. Since completely blank, may be a file flattening issue. (May want to check with Bryan Cichocki, TG, who's experienced this before.) c. C3.0 /p. 13 SWPPP: Revise project description. Project is for construction of an approx. 8' wide asphalt /brick paver cart path adjacent to Birdwood Golf course. Please revise VSMP /WPO and ESC sheet incl. with SWPPP to provide a more accurate description. d. C000, WP0201800016 Amendment #3 (SWM plan); p. 20 SWPPP: Please revise plan title to include `Amendment #3'. Also, revise WPO201800016 Amendment #3, per discussion earlier today: Revise VaRRM.xls incl. with Amendment #3. —Also, see item 3.c., below. e. Revise C404 C409 (SWPPP, pp. 23, 24) as discussed during telecon earlier this morning; feel free to call if any questions. Once revised, it is best if these revised sheets are included with the SWPPP as a guide to DEQ, but not incl. with the VSMP /WPO plan. f. Revise PPP -I, PPP-TI, Pollution Prevention Plan Exhibits (pp. 26-29 SWPPP) to show initial location of rain gauge. PPP measures /items may shift over course of project if Exhibits are updated, but we've learned DEQ checks on rain gauges. g. Sec. 9 SWPPP: Please sign /date SIGNED CERTIFICATION with next submittal; next submittal is likely final. We hope to approve next submittals: both WPO202200003 and WP0201800016 Amendment #3. 3. VSMP /WP0202200003: a. ESC plan: Revise VSMP/WPO per items listed at 2., above. b. SWM plan: Revise by removing VaRRM.xls tables or data. Allow title page Notes (below) to serve instead. ( Please remove VaRRM.xls from WP0202200003, as discussed earlier today, 24-Feb. ) c. Avoid SWM design, detail, or VaRRM.xls with next ATP0202200003 submittal, except: provide brief WP0202200003 title page `Stormwater Management Notes' that make reference to: i. Coordination with Albemarle County Engineering to Amend WP0201800016 (Amendment #3) to provide SWM for Birdwood Golf Cart Path project. ii. Albemarle County coordination with DEQ to accept golf cart path pre -re -development land cover as identical with golf course reconstruction pre -re -development land cover, with single exception being that land cover values are revised with WP0201800016 Amendment #3 to include additional impervious cover (0.71 Ac., turf land cover converted to impervious) and a slightly larger LOD (1.67 Ac. increase once cart path combined with golf course reconstruction project). iii. `Note: 0.19 lb. nutrient credits must be purchased prior to golf cart path land disturbance, or Grading permit issuance, per WPO201800016 Amendment #3.' Additional Please feel free to send .PDF preview prior to formal re -submittal of either WPO202200003 (essentially, Golf Cart path ESC plan, but still a VSMP plan), or WPO201800016 Amendment #31 which provides SWM for the golf cart path project. We'll check .PDFs quickly, hope /anticipate quick approval. Please contact Ana Kilmer immediately to coordinate 0.19 lb. nutrient credits ( please double-check this figure), since nutrient credit purchase must be complete prior to land disturbance. Also, coordinate bond estimate request with Ana. This is essential. ESC plan bond must be posted prior to pre - construction. SWPPP registration statement (RS) must be complete.
