Subject: SLTB202200032 Michael E. Sipe — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302(A)(10) and 18-10.3.11 Lot 34 and 35 were created by subdivision plat recorded in Deed Book 516
page 209 on October 10, 1972. Because of this, each lot was a parcel of record that existed on December 10,
1980 and each has two (2) theoretical development rights based on their acreage (4.876 acres and 5.884 acres,
respectively). Please revise Note 3 on the Plat to say:
a. "Revised TMP 119-50L1 contains 4 development rights and may be further divided. Development
rights must be utilized within their original parcel boundaries."
