L LETTER OF REVISION #1 NARRATIVE THE PURPOSE OF LETTER OF REVISION #1 IS TO SHOW THE LOCATION OF TWO AREAS OF SUPPORTING USES LOCATED OUTSIDE OF VILLAGE 1 IN THE RESIDUE. AREA#1 IS A "CLEANUP AREA" CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 3.09 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ADJACENT TO AND EAST OF HORIZON DRIVE AND CONTINUING ACROSS PLINY ROAD AND THEN ADJACENT TO THE NORTH EDGE OF VILLAGE 1 AS SHOWN. THE DEVELOPER WILL PLACE A 6'-HIGH CHAIN LINK SAFETY FENCE ON THE EDGE OF THE CLEANUP AREA TO SERVE AS A VISUAL AND PHYSICAL BARRIER BETWEEN RESIDENTS AND THE CONSTRUCTION WORK. ALTHOUGH NO LAND DISTURBANCE WILL BE PERFORMED WITHIN THE CLEANUP AREA, THE EXISTING UNINHABITED TRAILERS, SHEDS, FENCES, ETC. WILL BE REMOVED, EXISTING TREES WILL BE REMOVED AT THE STUMPS AND BARE AREAS GROOMED AND RE -SEEDED. THE PURPOSE OF THE CLEANUP AREA IS FOR ADDED SAFETY AND TO PROVIDE A MORE FAVORABLE PRESENTATION FOR THE MARKETING OF NEW HOMES IN VILLAGE 1. AREA #2 IS TO BE USED BY THE CONTRACTOR AS A CLEAN EARTH FILL AREA TO TRANSPORT EXCESS SOIL FROM VILLAGE 1 CONSTRUCTION TO AN AREA THAT IS CLOSE TO THE SITE. AREA #2 IS KNOWN AS "THE NORTHERN WEDGE" AND THIS FILL LOCATION HAS BEEN VETTED AS A NON -JURISDICTIONAL AREA BY THE US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS.
