The Planning Commission recommended denial by a vote of 4:3 of the one (1) special exception request related to Sec. 18.5.1.11(b), SE202200010 Old Dominion Vet, to reduce the requirement of a 200' buffer between a Commercial kennel, veterinary service, office or hospital, animal hospital, animal shelter and a residential lot line to 50'.
