The replacement involves the installation of a new, self-contained freezer unit that will be placed alongside the existing building, in the vicinity of the kitchen and will be directly accessed via a new penetration in the exterior wall that connects the existing kitchen with the new freezer. A Letter of Revision No. 3 application and four (4) copies of the proposed changes are attached. Included in the documentation is the latest approved site plan, from 2011, as recently updated via Letter of Revision No.2, from 2014, and it has been marked to show the location of the new, exterior freezer. This Letter of Revision No. 3 details one (1) change: the placement of a pre -manufactured, self-contained freezer unit that is placed outside of the building alongside the, back, southwest corner of the building. Please contact me with any questions or if you need additional information. I can be reached via email, at mbreeden2ng albemarle.org , or mobile phone, at (434) 566-6014.
