The following comments need to be addressed. General 1. ACSA is evaluating what will be credited for connection fees. Provide number of existing trailers on the site. 2. Provide fixture counts for each building to confirm meter size. 3. Provide building numbers on utility plan. 4. Provide easement around water service lines and ACSA meters. 5. Recordation of offsite sewer easement will be required prior to utility plan approval. Submit draft deed to ACSA for review and approval. 6. Provide 3 hard and PDF copies to ACSA, Attn: Richard Nelson for review. 7. Remove the following sheets from the ACSA submission: C305-C310, C-700-C- 702, C710-C714. 8. Confirm if each attached unit will have separate owners. If these units will be sold off, individual meters will be required. 9. RWSA sewer capacity certification will be required. Provide the projected construction start and finish, and the projected daily sewer flow. 10. RWSA approval will be required prior to plan approval. Sheet C-200 1. Callout existing water meter along Rt. 29 to be abandoned. Sheet C-501 1. Provide 10x20-feet easement around hydrants typ. 2. Relocate meters outside of sidewalks typ. 3. Refer to TD-12 "Typical Meter Service Line" for service line diameters. 4. Relocate MH A-80 to the turn circle. Sheet C-502 1. Recenter proposed sewer easement around MH A-41. 2. A different location for the proposed meters, presumably meter vaults, for the attached units will need to be found. 4. Building along Travelway B does not have a meter shown. Have this meter come off of the main leading to the hydrant. 5. Proposed hydrant should be min 40-feet from building. SheetC-503 1. Shift water main to center of wheel path typ (i.e. Travelway A). 2. Remove pavers from ACSA easement. 3. Relocate A-31 outside of sidewalk. 4. Relocate valve boxes outside of sidewalk typ. SheetC-703 1. Remove proposed trees from ACSA easements. See attached acceptable plantings list with ACSA easements. SheetC-804 1. Sewer laterals should tie into bench of manholes typ. 2. It appears A-80_A-41 can be shallowed. 3. Tie segment A-40_A-30 at bench of A-30. 4. Add note that 95 percent compaction is required for sewer segments in fill areas. SheetC-805 1.
