Hope all is well.
I have attached the revised Blue Springs Asbuilt Survey and Easement Plats hereto for review.
I will be sending the same to Ethan Miller along with a Bond Inspection Form and request that he
addresses Comments # 7 and #8 re Deed of Dedication, Deed of Easement, and HOA documents.
I assume the Inspection is the next big piece of the puzzle so the County and VDOT can comprise a final
punch list for the developer.
Upon review of the attached, please let me know if you have any questions that I may further assist
with.
