Thank you again for your kind words and gratitude. Our intent at Stony Point Development is to build a strong relationship with county/municipality that we build within as well as the homeowners that purchase from us. Taking the time to make sure all parties are well informed and comfortable with the transitional phases of development is just one part of how we do that. Your recognition of our efforts certainly means a great deal to us, thank you! I have attached some photos of the newly installed weir plate (forebay line). Please let me know if you have any questions, or if there is anything else that you all may require for the release of this surety. You contributed practical, useful, accurate advice concerning detention and biofilters, spoke from experience with authority and with sensitivity to hoa/poa questions that often centered on future maintenance or inspection expense. I am quite grateful. I expect Riverside Village property owners learned a lot, and I believe you helped set them at ease. Very well done! Joe, That was outstanding. Your vested interest in condominium and community association members is commendable. You articulated confined space precautions ably, and for that, I am deeply grateful. You hosted a very informative meeting, were well -prepared, shared visual information and relayed important aspects of your experience working with Riverside Village SWM facilities (detention /biofilters). We are grateful for everything done in preparation, over days, weeks, even years that led us to this point. Please keep Engineering abreast of final weir plate installation (forebay line); still photos will be helpful. Thank you for an excellent presentation, but especially, for attentive response to every question directed your way this evening. Take care, Joe best, J. Anderson ( p.s. -thanks also for recording the zoom call should others wish to view it, and for making system video inspection dropbox link available to those who may wish to catch glimpse of the system.)
