The Steep Slopes Overlay District is an overlay district that applies to properties within the development areas. This property has substantial "Critical Slopes," but unlike Steep Slopes these are not a separate zoning classification that needs to be included on plats. 2. [14-302(A)(10)] Please include a note that states how many development rights revised parcel IMP 100- 10 has. Based on County records it appears this property has four (4) theoretical development rights. Please be advised that development rights are theoretical in nature and represent the maximum number of lots that can be created by -right. Given the presence of Critical Slopes on the property, all four (4) development rights may not be able to be utilized. 3. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
