SITE
Pavilion IV is the second of three buildings to be built as part of the site plan
amendment. Pavilion IV varies slightly from the original site plan amendment
ARB submittal. The large central gable remains, but the porches and windows
are now the same as Pavilion II, and the entry element is wider and taller. All
materials and finishes will match Pavilion II.

Compatibility with Surrounding Area and Entrance Corridor:
The site is located on White Gables Lane on the north side of Rt 250, less than
a quarter -mile of the 250 Bypass. Pavilion II is the northern -most building on
the east side, and will be about 535 ft. from the Rt. 250 Entrance Corridor.
Pavilion VI will be about 215 ft from the Entrance Corridor.
Pavilion IV sits between Pavilions II and VI and eventually will be concealed
from the Entrance Corridor by Pavilion VI.
