RE: Response Letter #2 for SUB2021-113 Proffit Road Townhomes South
Dear David,
Thank you for your review of the subdivision plat for Proffit Road Townhomes South. This letter contains
responses to County comments dated October 27, 2021.Our responses are as follows:
1. The road plan will need to be approved prior to final plat approval.
We understand that the Road Plan must be approved prior to Plat approval.
2. Provide VDOT entrance permit approval prior to final plat approval.
VDOT has approved the Road Plan and the entrance permit should not impact the Plat
process. This is a separate internal VDOT process.
8. Revise easements: Drainage easement in yellow highlight is public. SWM easement in blue
highlight includes: Response: Please let me know if you want the drainage easement (... ) labeled "
Public". Yes, please label drainage easements as public or private. Remove private label from
SWM easement. Please also show the public / private drainage easements separately.
The easements labels have been updated to state public/private.
9. Drainage deed will need to be recorded. Comment still applies.
The Final Plat should be ready for your approval. Can you provide us with a draft of the
required Deeds so that the owner will sign and record them?
10. SWM deed will need to be recorded. Comment still applies.
