signed Plat we return to you. Additional copies will not be signed. Please make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all
applicable parties sign them, and have it notarized. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions!

deadline. Please be aware that this week was a Site Review Committee (SRC) application and a new Special Use Permit
and Zoning Map Amendment (SP/ZMA) submittal week.
We received two SRC applications:
1. SUB2022-03 Breezy Hill Preliminary Plat (Digital) —Cameron Langille
2. SDP2022-03 Halifax House Initial Site Plan (Digital) —Kevin McCollum
We received three SP/ZMA applications:
1. SP2022-01 Misty Mountain Camp Resort (Digital) — Scott Clark
