The drawing that was submitted with this application is attached, and it shows a new shed on the property. The shed was drawn onto the Existing Conditions sheet from the approved site plan, which doesn't show all of the other proposed improvements for the project. Is the shed going to be placed on the property temporarily? The reason I ask is because if it is intended to be a permanent shed, then it appears to overlap with the parking lot area from the original approved site plan. So if this is going to be a permanent shed, you would need to submit the LOR drawing to us showing the shed location on one of the other site plan drawings, such as the layout drawing. Please let me know your thoughts or if you have any follow-up questions. The drawing that was submitted with this application is attached, and it shows a new shed on the property. The shed was drawn onto the Existing Conditions sheet from the approved site plan, which doesn't show all of the other proposed improvements for the project. Is the shed going to be placed on the property temporarily? The reason I ask is because if it is intended to be a permanent shed, then it appears to overlap with the parking lot area from the original approved site plan. So if this is going to be a permanent shed, you would need to submit the LOR drawing to us showing the shed location on one of the other site plan drawings, such as the layout drawing. Please let me know your thoughts or if you have any follow-up questions.
