See the following comments and let me know if you have any questions:
1. A 2' depth for SSC 2 is shown in table. I believe this should be corrected to show 1' depth following channel
report.The report should show a depth of 2'. It only needs to be 1'.
2. Specify type of grass sod used.Tall Fescue
3. Channel lining does not appear appropriate, provide alternate:
According to the tables in the E&SC manual the type of grass lining allowable would be some type of
bermudagrass and that is only for up to 4 ft/s (ESC HB, 111-135).According to table 3.33A (ESC HB, 111-338)
Bermudagrass does not appear to be well adapted here or recommend for sod production. Channels have been
determined to be appropriate.
