Design Focused Engineering March 16, 2022 County of Albemarle Planning & Zoning Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Letter of Revision #1 for 2511 Avinity Drive - SDP202000017 Dear Reviewer, Attached is the letter of revision for 2511 Avinity Dr. The purpose of this LOR is to revise the trash disposal plan for the development. The owner wishes to move the trash collection area so that the dumpster is not in the direct proximity of the front porch of the neighboring house on TMP 90-35A. The owner wishes to provide toters in area screened by a wooden screening fence so that the trash collection is generally less conspicuous. The strategy for the letter of revision is as follows: Replace dumpster pad with 12'xl6' trash toter pad. Pad will contain (8) 96 gallon trash toters. Pad will be screened with 6' wooden fence matching remainder of site screening fence. Screening landscaping will be added along new fence to match original dumpster pad screening. Old dumpster pad location will become 2 parking spaces. New pad will remove 1 space. New pad will shift entire eastern row of parking spaces by 2' to the south. To accommodate this change, the furthest southern parking space near emergency access will be removed (-1 additional space). This results in no net parking count change, and no net increase in impervious area.
