The property is within Neighborhood 5 of the Southern and Western Neighborhoods
Master Plan. The Comprehensive Plan land use designation is Neighborhood Density
Residential which supports a density of 3-6 dwelling units per acre. This proposed
rezoning is to change the overall density of the site from 0.5 dwelling units/acre to 1.0
dwelling unit/acre.
