1. Acceptance of public street by VDOT (Phase I streets: Pfister, Sta. 16+00 — 25+56; Cooper Court
(Margrave Way), Galena St. (Whirlaway Dr.), Maroon Creek Court, Sunset Ave. Ext).
2. As -built drawing:
a. Provide width dimension for asphalt path along Sunset Ave. Ext. (8'-9' typ.).
b. Ensure As -built drawing road names match actual road name signs; example: Margrave Way
and Whirlaway Drive (Phase 1 streets).
3. Provide copies of (or As -built drawing title pg. reference to deed bk.-pg. of) recorded plats.
Approved plats were provided with binder, but not recorded copies (Phase I, B, BI).

4. Replace detectable surface at Pfister Ave. intersection with Sunset Ave. (mats affixed to asphalt)
with CG-12 (detectable surface in concrete). Current condition =1/2" grade break /trip hazard.
5. Please direct bond inspection reviewer to:
a. Final asphalt dew reports (provide report date/s) for:
i. Pfister Ave.
ii. Whirlaway Drive
iii. Margrave Way
iv. Sunset Ave Ext.
v. Maroon Creek Ct.
b. CBR reports for Margrave Way /Maroon Creek Ct.
6. Ensure county road name signs /posts meet requirements at Road Naming and Properly
Numbering Ordinance and Manual, rev. Oct-20, 2021, especially sign /lettering reflectivity:
