• Bus circulation pattern, including queuing and circulation between TMP 61W-2-

• Parking needs study (how many parking spaces does VIA anticipate needing
between the two parcels)
• Maximum number of anticipated buses, students, staff, and other aspects
related to the operation of the proposed private school such as hours of
operation and weekend/weeknight activities

• Please review the VDOT Traffic Calming Study - Greenbrier/ Hillsdale Intersection (contact Doug McAvoy for a
copy) for additional context of traffic issues that should be considered related to site development and use.
Please note: There are additional submittal requirements outlined on the official application for a Special Use Permit.
