Intended use or justification for request:
The purpose of this Initial Site Plan is to provide the overall master plan of the parcel. Two of the buildings will serve as
affordable housing. The front building will be used as a commercial building in the future. The construction will occur in phases,
and a Final Site Plan application will be submitted for each building construction.
