CRITICAL SLOPES WAIVER REQUEST
Dear Planner
This is a Cr itical Slope Waiver Request for Floor Fashions
a The critical slopes that will be disturbed ate in grassed areas
b The two parcels have a total area of 6 59 Acres
c The approximate area of critical slopes on the two parcels is 0 75 acres. which equates to 114`%,
of the total area of the two parcels
d The approximate area of critical slopes to be disturbed is 0 35 Acres \\hrch equates to 46 7`%,of

site.
u Excessive storm\‘atei inn-off A permanent storm sewer pipe will be installed prior to
movement of soil and rock to convey off-site run-off through the construction site. The total
drainage a►ea above the ci itical slopes to be disturbed is approximately 0.5 acres. The
sto►mwater run-off from this small drainage at ea will be minimal
in Siltation of natural and man-made bodies of water Adequate erosion conk of measur es will be

b The two parcels have a total area of 6 59 Acres
c The approximate area of critical slopes on the two parcels is 0 75 acres. which equates to 11 4%
of the total area of the two parcels
d The approximate area of critical slopes to be disturbed is 0 35 Acres, which equates to 46 7%of

drainage area above the critical slopes to be disturbed is approximately 0.5 acres. The
stormwater run-off from this small drainage area will be minimal.
in Siltation of natural and man-made bodies of water Adequate erosion control measures will be

v In the event of septic s}stem failure, a greater travel distance of septic effluent (collectively
referred to as the "public health, safety and welfare factors")that might otherwise result from the
disturbance of critical slopes The critical slopes that will be disturbed by this project will not
be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare since the area to be disturbed is so
minimal, there will not be any public access to the area during the construction. There are
no septic systems within the critical slopes to be disturbed.
