The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-302.A.9] Building site. Include the following note: Revised parcels 87-44A and 87-35C1 each contain
a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
2. [14-302.A.10] Development rights. Include the following note: Revised parcel 87-44A is assigned 1
development right and may not be further subdivided. Revised parcel 87-35C1 is assigned 1 development
right and may not be further subdivided.
3. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision.
4. [14-302.B.7] Watershed and Ag-Forest Districts. Include a note indicating that: The subject properties are
located within the North Hardware River watershed. The properties are not located within an Agricultural -
Forestal District.
