Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-302.A.9] Building site. Include the following note: Revised parcels 87-44A and 87-35C1 each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. 2. [14-302.A.10] Development rights. Include the following note: Revised parcel 87-44A is assigned 1 development right and may not be further subdivided. Revised parcel 87-35C1 is assigned 1 development right and may not be further subdivided. 3. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision. 4. [14-302.B.7] Watershed and Ag-Forest Districts. Include a note indicating that: The subject properties are located within the North Hardware River watershed. The properties are not located within an Agricultural - Forestal District.
