The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-302.A.3] Streets/ROW. Include the width of right of way for Rt 684, Half Mile Branch Rd.
2. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision.
3. [14-302.A.10] Development rights. Delete the development rights note for parcel 55A-4. Edit note for
parcel 55A-5 to read: Revised parcel 55A-5 is assigned 1 development right and may not be further
subdivided.
4. [14-302.B.7] Watershed and Ag-Forest Districts.
a. Delete note regarding North Fork Hardware Watershed. The note regarding Lickinghole Creek
Watershed is sufficient.
b. Include note indicating that properties are not located within an Agricultural and Forestal
District.
