Revised Lot 2 (12.04 acres) contains five development rights and may be further divided. b. Revised Lot 5 (11.96 acres) contains four development rights and may be further divided. c. Revised Lot 9 (5.96 acres) contains two development rights and may be further divided. d. Please include a statement that when utilized these development rights must be in their original 1980 boundaries. Comments addressed. 2. [General Comment] Please remove the PID reference from above the "New Lot" labels and revise them to say Revised Lot 2, Revised Lot 5, and Revised Lot 9. The County's Real Estate division will determine the appropriate tax map and parcel number for these lots. Comment addressed. 3. [General Comment] Revise the tax map and parcel number for TMP 34-102 above where it says Lots 3 and 4 on Sheet 2. Revise the label for tax map and parcel number TMP 34-110. See my highlights below. Comment addressed. 4. [14-302(B)(5)] Please include the Flood Hazard Overlay District as an applicable Zoning Overlay District in Note 3. Comment addressed. 5. [14-302(B)(5)] Label the critical slopes as shown on Sheet 2. Comment addressed. 6. [14-302(B)(6)] Revise all "PID" references and change them to "TMP," tax map and parcel number. Comment addressed. [14-302(B)(9)] Show and label any part of the property within the flood hazard overlay district. Comment addressed. 8. [14-302(B)(10)] Show and label the location of the stream buffers. On Sheet 1, include a note stating, "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Stream buffers are shown on Sheet 2, but the Note above needs to be added to the Notes on Sheet 1. 9. [14-303(0)] Revise the county approval signature panel label to state the "Agent for the Board of Supervisors." Comment addressed. 10. [General Comment] Notes 5 and 11 appear to be duplicates. Comment addressed. 11. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Comment addressed.
