Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-212.1.13] Streets/ROW. Boundary adjustment shall not include a relocation or alteration of any street, alley or easement. Easements may be relocated or altered only with the express written consent of all persons holding an interest therein. The existing private street easement within TMP 58-65E1 was created through previous property division, see DB 3361 pages 559 and 560. Relocation of said private street easement will require a resubmission of this application as a Not subdivision. 2. [14-302.A.10] Development rights. Include the following note: Revised parcel 58-65A4 is assigned 2 development rights and may be further subdivided. When used they shall be within their December 1980 boundaries. Revised parcel 58-65E1 is assigned 1 development right and may not be further subdivided. 3. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision. 4. [14-302.A.7] Edit spelling of Robert Rinehart for adjacent parcel, TMP58-65E. 5. [14-302.B.7] Watershed and Ag-Forest Districts. Include a note indicating that TMP 58-65A4 is within the Moorman's River Agricultural and Forestal District The application has been forwarded to Scott Clark, Community Development, to review the application in relation to the Ag-Forest District. 6. [14-309,14-310, and 14-416] Soils evaluations. A subdivision application will require approval or verification from the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) that water/sewer provision are adequate. 7. [14-316] Entrance approval. Subdivision will require review by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for review and approval of the proposed entrances onto public streets.
