Dear Sir:
This letter is in response to your request,as descnbed in your letter dated October 19,2006. Due to the
simplicity of the change that will occur as a result of your request,we are reviewing it as a"Letter of
Revision"to the latest approved site plan for Phase A of SDP-2003-065 Broadway Ct Minor Amendment,
located on Tax Map 77 Parcel 40C2. A total of three(3)Letters of Revision are allowed before all
subsequent changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a minor site plan amendment. At
this time there will be one(1)Letters of Revision remaining for this site plan, SDP-2003-065 Broadway Ct
Minor Amendment.

Dear Francis,
Attached you will find the small adjustments on the site plan for Lot A.
The plan shows the as built conditions of the utilities in the two front planting beds
along Camilla Lane. The planting will be adjusted to fit accordingly.No reduction
or change of material is anticipated.
The side walk from the south end of the building continues straight through the
landscaping to improve safe egress from the building.
There will be an 8 foot tall pressure treated wood fence around the dumpster to
match the others in this development.
There will be 6 parking spaces south of the power pole on the west property line
and two north of it.The same total of eight will be provided along this area.
The utility entrances to the building were adjusted to match the interior
requirements of the tenant.
Please advise if this information is sufficient for the contractor to proceed.
