RE: Letter of Revision #1 - SDP-2020-42 Berkmar Overlook - Final Site Plan
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Berkman Overlook Final Site
Plan. This revision proposes to add a recreational amenity in the open space on site to include a
gazebo, stone sitting wall, fire pit, concrete and paver patios, and landscaping.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed addition to the site plan. A sight
distance profile through the sitting walls along the Swede Street — Empire Street sight distance
profile confirms the sitting wall does not conflict with driver sight distance.
This is the first (1st) letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that
a total of three (3) letters of revision are permitted.
