July 26, 2021 (as subsequently revised from time to time), entitled "PLAT SHOWING
SUBDIVISION OF FOOTHILL CROSSING, PHASE V WHITE HALL DISTRICT,
ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA" is hereby confirmed and submitted for record in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia. The property shown on such
plat consists of all of the same property conveyed to Stanley Martin Companies, LLC, a
Maryland limited liability company, by deed from Daily South Investments, LLC, a Virginia
limited liability company, dated July 28, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in
Deed Book 5358, page 506. As evidenced by that certain Property Record Title Certificate
recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 5495, page 635, Stanley Martin
Companies, LLC redomiciled as a Delaware limited liability company and was renamed Stanley
Martin Homes, LLC ("Stanley Martin").
The subdivided property is, subject to the jurisdiction of that certain Declaration of
