Wood Boundary Adjustment -Review Comments Dear Mr. Jamison, The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-302.A.10] Development rights. Include the following note: Revised TMP 61 W2-1-M Parcels 1 through 5 are each assigned 1 development right and may not be further subdivided. 2. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision. 3. [14-302.B.5] Zoning overlays. Include a note indicating that Airport Impact Area and Entrance Corridor overlays apply to the property.
