The Pantops Shopping Center Plat has been reviewed by Engineering. The following comments will need
to be addressed before approval:
1. The easement plat will need an associated deed. Engineering will provide this deed when the plat
is ready for final signature.
2. The plat must be signed and sealed by a professional.
The Pantops Shopping Center Plat has been reviewed by Planning. The following comments will need to
be addressed before approval:
1. [14-300] Plat must contain the signed seal of the person who prepared the plat when it is ready to
be submitted for County approval.
2. [14-302 (A)(2)] Please revise the vicinity map so that it is drawn to a scale of P = 2000.,
Additionally, please revise the parcel boundary shown in the vicinity map; it currently appears to
show TMP 121-70E (indicated by a dashed line) within the parcel boundaries of TMP 129-5.
3. [14-302 (A)(5)] Please update the labels for the proposed easement so that it indicates whether
the easement is public or private. If the easement is public, then add the following language to the
easement label "dedicated to public use."
4. [14-303 (A)] Please state the TMP number in the statement of consent to division.
5. [14-303 (D)] Please state the total acreage of TMP 129-5.

6. [14-303 (0)] Please revise the signature block for the County as follows: under the signature
line, revise the text so that it reads "Agent for the Board of Supervisors." Re -title the signature
block so that it states "Approved for Recordation."
7. [14-428] A deed of dedication will need to be recorded with the plat if the new easement is a
public easement. Engineering staff will draft the easement and send a copy to the applicant.
When the plat is ready to be submitted for final County signature and approval, a signed copy of
the deed of dedication will also need to be provided.
