Re: Electrical Service Availability
Dear Ms. Tewksbury,
This is in reply to your request concerning the availability of service at
Lot 61A-32 located adjacent to your residence at 1165 Pen Park Road in Charlottesville.
Dominion Energy Virginia will provide electrical service for the above referenced property in
accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions on file with, and approved by, the State
Corporation Commission of Virginia. Dominion will remove the existing secondary pole that is
currently in conflict with the sewer facilities on site and install an underground transformer to
serve the existing homes as well as any future development.
In addition, execution or submission of agreements, permits, easements and contracts may be
required.
