This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the site changes proposed at the Forest Lakes Car Wash on the
above referenced site plan. The approved LOR drawings are attached with a County stamp and approval date of
April 6,2022.
This is the first(Pt)Letter of Revision for this site. Three(3)total Letters of Revision can be approved for each
site before a minor site plan amendment is required. Depending on the scope of work proposed, any future
changes may necessitate major site plan amendment,minor site plan amendment,or a Letter of Revision.
