Charlottesville, VA 22902 Regarding: Riverside Village - SWM Facility As-Built Certification Letter Dear Reviewer, I have performed necessary surveys and inspections on the underground stormwater detention facility at Riverside Village. Based on these, I can confirm that the detention system was installed in accordance with the approved plans for the project and is functioning as intended. Specifically we have surveyed the following: • The length and diameter of the pipes installed matches the approved plans within acceptable tolerances. • Control orifices and weirs in the structures match the approved plans within acceptable tolerances. • Elevations of the inverts of the system match the approved plans within acceptable tolerances. • The required filter fabric in the pre-treatment cell areas has been installed according to plan. • The fabric wrap on the outside of the stone layer was installed according to plan. • The sand layer below the pipes was installed according to plan. The overall installation of the facilities was performed in accordance with the approved plans and the appropriate technical specifications. An as-built plan of the facility has been attached to demonstrate compliance with the approved plans as mentioned above. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
