The Department of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modifications to SDP2018-89, depicted on the modified site plan and described below: 1. Installation of 54" diameter Fire Pit on outside seating space 2. Installation of rough -ins for three (3) charging stations This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site.
