Approved road plans meeting SSAR, and in compliance with the VDOT Road Design Manual are required prior to plat approval. 2. Temporary turn a rounds will need easements shown per SUB202100195 —Road Plans. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way.
