The Albemarle County Planning Commission at its meeting on
September 25, 1984 approved the above-noted final plat subject to
the following conditions :

from the date of the Planning Commission' s approval , and if the plat
is not signed within that time, the approval will be void. Also,

please note that the Subdivision Ordinance requires that the final
plat be recorded within six (6) months of the date it is signed or
the approval will be void.
