First off — SUB202000163 has been signed and approved and is ready for pick-up. That
plat is the one dedicating the road ROW.
I have transmitted the plat and deeds tied for SUB202000099 to the County Attorney
and County Executives office for final signatures and approval. I am waiting on their
return. I can't say for certain when they will be ready but I expect it to take another day

Yes, that is correct. There are segments of Stella and Archer than weren't dedicated previously. A plat was submitted to
us for review, SUB202000163, that is showing the ROW being dedicated. So once that plat is approved and recorded,
this will be taken care of.
We've done 1 review on the plat and it was resubmitted to us for a 2"' review on 10/27. I've got 5 plats/plans ahead of
it in my review queue right now, but I expect to have comments or approvals out in the next 5-7 business days.

A portion of Archer up to Salamander was dedicated in deed book 5274 page 376
(attached). The plat under review for the portion of and Archer and Stella are on the
other attached plat. I see on CountyView that the review is due on 11/19.

Adding Bethany here. She has been working on this and per our call yesterday was
going to follow up with the County to see where this plat stands. A portion of Archer
has been dedication but the section fronting the apartments as well as all of Stella Lane
has not been dedicated. Can you get a Zoom lined up with Cameron to
discuss. Bethany, can you circulate a pdf of the dedication plat?
