Thanks for your comments on the Easement Plat for UVA Foundation.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments as follows:
1. The deed book references, including the reference for the maintenance agreement, for Research Park Blvd.
have been added to Sheet 2 and Sheet 3.
2. Note 2 is our note stating where we obtained the boundary data shown on the plat. We are only stating
the reference where the actual pages of the plat are recorded.
a. The submitted plat shows the pages where the actual plat is recorded. There are many times that there
are other pages before and after the actual plat that are not listed.
It is customary for us to only list the pages where the actual plat is recorded.
3. A revised date has been added to each sheet of the plat (Revised: March 10, 2020).

are other pages before and after the actual plat that are not listed.
It is customary for us to only list the pages where the actual plat is recorded.
3. A revised date has been added to each sheet of the plat (Revised: March 10, 2020).
4. The ZMA references that you provided have been added to each Tax Map Parcel listed under the land use
notes.
Please confirm that these ZMA's apply to each parcel listed. I could not find ZMA98-07.
5. We listed the acreage for T.M. 32-19G based on the taxed acreage shown on the GIS website (attached).
The acreage for T.M. 32-19G has been revised to 4.731+/- Acres according to the plat recorded in D.B. 4957-
694 thru 700B.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for owners notarized
signatures.
