Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat. The plat has been revised to reflect your comments as follows: 1. The deed book references, including the reference for the maintenance agreement, for Research Park Blvd. have been added to Sheet 2 and Sheet 3. 2. Note 2 is our note stating where we obtained the boundary data shown on the plat. We are only stating the reference where the actual pages of the plat are recorded. a. The submitted plat shows the pages where the actual plat is recorded. There are many times that there are other pages before and after the actual plat that are not listed. It is customary for us to only list the pages where the actual plat is recorded. 3. A revised date has been added to each sheet of the plat (Revised: March 10, 2020).
