Hi Todd,
I checked my files again today. I received a copy of the maintenance agreement back on April 9, which
you dropped off in a white folder as you mentioned.
However, we had some follow-up email correspondence because the envelope did not contain copies of
the actual plat. Per the attached email conversation, you were going to get with Tim and get hard
copies of the plat printed at the correct size and then drop those off with notarized owner signatures. I
never received copies of the plat, so that is what I need in order to finalize the approval.
Please let me know if you have any questions. If you can get two copies printed and then sign them
(notarized) I will be able to sign the plat and return it to you for recordation.

Can you check your files again? I vividly remember getting them at T&N and bringing them to your
office. It did not occur to me to get a receipt or confirmation of receipt. I stood outside the door at a
distance and called the office number. I then handed them to a man who appeared at the door and was
assured you would get them. It was a big white folder.

The plat was draw at a set scale and needs to be printed on paper that keeps the scale. I
believe this was printed on 11" x 17" but verify this with Tim.

the plat.
I apologize if I didn't make this clear earlier, but hard copies of plats
must be submitted for us to sign them. Tim can advise you on this — it's
the standard process that has always been in place.
You can do the digital notary thing that the County Attorney's office
gave you information about, and then Tim can drop off the signed plats
to CDD so that you don't have to come in to our office.

copy is attached. I assume you can't print these out. I ask only as I am
trying to limit my visits to offices. I have a daughter who is immune -
compromised and we have to be especially vigilant about this. If you

that they have no further revisions to the
maintenance agreement. Can you email me a PDF of
the most recent revised plat so I can forward it to him

I apologize if I didn't make this clear earlier, but hard copies of plats must be submitted
for us to sign them. Tim can advise you on this — it's the standard process that has
always been in place.
You can do the digital notary thing that the County Attorney's office gave you
information about, and then Tim can drop off the signed plats to CDD so that you don't
have to come in to our office.

Can you check your files again? I vividly remember getting them at T&N and bringing them to your
office. It did not occur to me to get a receipt or confirmation of receipt. I stood outside the door at a
distance and called the office number. I then handed them to a man who appeared at the door and was
assured you would get them. It was a big white folder.

Can you check your files again? I vividly remember getting them at T&N and bringing them to your office. It did not
occur to me to get a receipt or confirmation of receipt. I stood outside the door at a distance and called the office
number. I then handed them to a man who appeared at the door and was assured you would get them. It was a bi@
white folder.

The plat was draw at a set scale and needs to be printed on paper that keeps the scale. I believe this

I apologize if I didn't make this clear earlier, but hard copies of plats must be submitted
for us to sign them. Tim can advise you on this — it's the standard process that has
always been in place.
You can do the digital notary thing that the County Attorney's office gave you
information about, and then Tim can drop off the signed plats to CDD so that you don't
have to come in to our office.

for us to sign them. Tim can advise you on this — it's the standard process that has
always been in place.
You can do the digital notary thing that the County Attorney's office gave you
information about, and then Tim can drop off the signed plats to CDD so that you don't
have to come in to our office.

Lisa,
I hope this finds you well. I assume no one from your office has come to see the trees I planted as I have not seen any
evidence of anyone having visited nor have I heard from you. It has been so dry, however, and I have not been regular
enough about watering them that they are already in distress --probably not what an inspector wants to see. Thus, I am
going to re -plant them during the week of October 7th. I have found all the species I need.
I am really very interested in moving on this as soon as possible. Can you give me an idea of what I need to do to get an
inspector there asap once the trees are planted? If the process is more formal than I realize, just let me know how to
start. I would just like to move forward on this, get the boundary line adjustment completed, and start the work on a
house there by the end of summer camp next year. Many thanks for your help in the matter.

I hope this finds you well. I assume no one from your office has come to see the trees I planted as I have not seen any
evidence of anyone having visited nor have I heard from you. It has been so dry, however, and I have not been regular
enough about watering them that they are already in distress --probably not what an inspector wants to see. Thus, I am
going to re -plant them during the week of October 7th. I have found all the species I need.
I am really very interested in moving on this as soon as possible. Can you give me an idea of what I need to do to get an
inspector there asap once the trees are planted? If the process is more formal than I realize, just let me know how to
start. I would just like to move forward on this, get the boundary line adjustment completed, and start the work on a
house there by the end of summer camp next year. Many thanks for your help in the matter.
