I received a copy of the maintenance agreement back on April 9, which you dropped off in a white folder as you mentioned. However, we had some follow-up email correspondence because the envelope did not contain copies of the actual plat. Per the attached email conversation, you were going to get with Tim and get hard copies of the plat printed at the correct size and then drop those off with notarized owner signatures. I never received copies of the plat, so that is what I need in order to finalize the approval. Please let me know if you have any questions. I believe this was printed on 11" x 17" but verify this with Tim. There's a signature panel for you to sign on the plat. I apologize if I didn't make this clear earlier, but hard copies of plats must be submitted for us to sign them. Tim can advise you on this — it's the standard process that has always been in place. You can do the digital notary thing that the County Attorney's office gave you information about, and then Tim can drop off the signed plats to CDD so that you don't have to come in to our office.
