This letter approves as a Letter of Revision to SDP 2004-30 the addition of a12x20 storage shed to the
property.The proposed location of the storage shed is within the northeastern area of the site approved for
9 gravel spaces and the proposed she will occupy two of the spaces (Attached)
This will not impact required parking for the site.There are 71 spaces currently existing,two of which will
be occupied by the proposed shed and result in 69 parking spaces remaining.According the approved site
the minimum required number of parking spaces is 62 once all three phases of development on the site are
complete.
This is your first letter of revision for this site. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are
allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan
