HomeMy WebLinkAboutSDP200400030 Correspondence 2004-05-21 Glenn Brooks From: Glenn Brooks Sent: Friday, May 21, 2004 3:13 PM To: 'Tom Muncaster' Subject: RE: Albemarle Baptist Church I've looked but only find records of easement, no pipe. I've also waded through the weeds today, and could find no outlet. Abandoning this easement, with VDOT' s permission, looks like an option. I was reviewing this today. There are other items outstanding. One is computations. I have not received any. I can wait to send comments out on Monday or Tuesday, if you would like to send them in the morning. Glenn Brooks Senior Engineer Albemarle County Original Message From: Tom Muncaster [mailto:tmuncaster@earthlink.net] Sent: Tuesday, May 18, 2004 8:44 AM To: gbrooks@albemarle.org Subject: Albemarle Baptist Church Glenn I know Dex Sanders resubmitted his site plan but he did not address the drainage easement going across the corner of the property that you asked him to. We do not see any pipe coming from Hydraulic in the field. The road plans for when Hydraulic was widened show the easement, but don't show any pipe or reason for it. I know that the easement originated with the Roslyn Ridge subdivision plat, but there is no indication why. Whould you be willing to look at the preliminary plat to see if you can tell why the easement is there?
