The plat is ready for approval. Please submit signed/notarized plats for approval. A minimum of 2 copies of each will
suffice. Our lobby hours are Monday,Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 4pm. Please email me once these have been
submitted so that I may start the approval process. Without an email I won't know they have been submitted.

Thank you for expediting the review of the plat. Per the county comments dated on the instance of February
16, 2021, the revisions to the plat have been addressed as follows:
1. [14-302(8)(5)]Zoning. The zoning of TMP 77-8A shall be revised to also include Entrance Corridor, and
ZMA 1996-2&ZMA 1990-18 with proffers. Also, ensure the portion being transferred to TMP 77-8C remain
labeled "HC zoning, Entrance Corridor, and ZMA 1996-2 and ZMA 1990-18 with proffers".
• The zoning notes have been revised.
2. [14-302(8)(5)]Zoning. The zoning of TMP 77-8C shall be revised to also include Entrance Corridor. Also,
ensure the portions being transferred to TMP 77-8A remain labeled as "LI zoning& Entrance Corridor':
• The zoning notes have been revised.
3. [14-302(B)(5)]Zoning. On the cover sheet revise the magisterial district to be Scottsville District.
• The magisterial district has been revised.
4. (14-302(8)(5)]Zoning. ZMA 1996-2 has an additional setback listed, please add the following note to the
plat for this zoning: "Minimum setbacks for all buildings will be 40'from the property lines bordering both
roads."
• The note has been added.
