(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14-302(A)9] Revise note #7 to state that "Revised parcel 86-113 and revised parcel 86-114 each contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 2. [34-302(A)30] Provide more information in notes 8 and 9, regarding the development rights of these parcels. How does TMP 86-114 have two development rights available, but is not able to be further divided? 3. [34-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on all future versions of the plat. 4. [34-302(B)1] Provide in the title of the plat the magisterial district where these properties are located - Samuel Miller District. 5. [34-302(B)10] Note #4 references the wrong parcel number for those parcels subject to this plat that have stream buffers located on them. Revise this note and provide the correct stream buffer and parcel information. 6. [34-303(A)] The statement of consent to division for Joseph and Leslie Wallace has a typo that says "page" 113, instead of parcel 113. Revise this statement. 7. [34-303(D)] Revise the area calculations table on sheet 2. Lot H14 is listed twice, and Lot H16 is not included. B. [34-303(0)] Provide an additional signature line for Joseph and Leslie Wallace.
