been reviewed. The engineering review for current development will recommend approval of the final
subdivision plat when the following items are adequately addressed:
A. Final plat comments:
1. The drainage easement carrying drainage from Greenbrier Drive through the property
needs to be dedicated to public use [OM 1101 B 1]
2. Please provide easement centerline bearings or sufficient dimensions for the drainage
and access easements shown on the plat. [DM1 101B7]
3. The ESC and SWM plans need to be approved before the final plat can be recommended

plat for the above referenced project. These revisions reflect changes from Allan
Schuck's comments dated February 3, 2006. Please review and let me know if everything
meets final approval so we can get the plat signed.
