[4.17.4(a)] Lighting must be "full cutoff luminaire". Does the flat lens that is specified mean that it is entirely downward directional? If possible,please provide cut-sheets for the proposed lighting. '2. [4.17] Please indicate the height of the proposed lights. 3. [32.7.9.4] Please provide a conservation plan checklist as an attachment on the landscape plan. Indicate the general type of vegetation being preserved and show a method of tree protection fencing or other means of flagging the preserved items. If no existing vegetation on the site is to be preserved,please note that on the plan. 4. [32.7.9.4] Please provide calculations to indicate that each of the landscaping requirements has been met —street trees, interior landscaping, canopy, etc. Keep in mind that street trees and parking lot screening shrubs can not be counted towards required interior landscaping. koatz 5.
